At The Halloween Shirt Company, we want you to be thrilled with your spooky gear; however, if your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your haunted apparel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
